I thought he'd be cute with Miss Marci on this card, but then I thought I'd better put a disclaimer here in case anyone comes across this post that has a pet turtle and thinks about sharing their ice cream with it.

***FACT: Turtles do not have the enzymes to break down dairy products, so they can't digest it and it can be very dangerous to feed them dairy.

Anywho... I really love this colorful background, and since I made an extra one (for yesterday's tutorial) I thought I'd use it again today and create a different look.

It wasn't until after I colored her outfit that I decided to give her mint chip ice cream... but then my greens kinda clashed, so I brought in the turtle and colored his body mint to match the ice cream. That's it Kris.... if there's something a li'l off but understated, why not make it stand out even MORE like you meant to do it!!! Well... Im owning it, and I think it's Cute, Cute, Cute! 😊
