Happy Sunday crafters! I dug into my blog archives (fancy folds to be exact!) and found a couple of stage cards I made 11 years ago... but as they say, everything comes around again, wait, that's fashion! LOL. But seriously... I think this stage card has a wow factor and I was excited to make one again... this time in traditional Christmas colors!

I die cut the pinecone several times out of white cardstock, to give me even more multiple layers for creating a Christmas Tree! (or is it a Christmas Bush?! LOL) I simply colored the layers, leaving the tips white (for snow of course!). I started the stacking process at the top and worked my way down. WHAT DO YA THINK?

I followed my picture tutorial from years ago HERE. Why re-invent the wheel, right?! Although this is a different theme, I used the same measurements and instructions, minus adding designer paper to the bottom layer as it was already white for "snow". The images that are in the front half of the stage go backwards when folded, (and their 1/2" tabs are glued directly to the underside of the top of stage, tabs facing forward *very important!), and the images in the back half, are pushed forward automatically when card is folded (their tabs are glued to the bottom of the card stage (directly onto card base) tabs facing backwards. I Hope that makes sense?! See tutorial for pics.
