Day #3 of our January Release is here and I'm showcasing Marci with Water Lily and Water Lily dies.
I created my own background by die cutting the Water Lily die several times from white c.s. and coloring with Copics. I assembled, then glued around a 5" x 7" green card front. I then added some white gel pen highlights around all the lilies.
I die cut the largest Nested Frame to mount Marci onto, but the water lily from the stamp was getting lost on the die cut, so I added some vellum and created a frame using the 2nd largest Double Stitched Rectangle die (turned sideways, then extended) and mounted with foam strips on back of the frame. I'm really happy with the results! ☺
