Flowy Rainbow Shaker ♡ La-La Land Crafts

Happy Friday!!  Our inspiration theme this week at La-La Land Crafts is BIRTHDAY using one of the February Releases!

I had this idea to try a shaker card using the new Flowy Rainbow die (from the Painty Release), and the easiest way I could figure to do it was to add back in some of the colors over the acetate to hide the foam strips that separate each color.  It worked!  And isn't Fairy Marci so pretty?!!  This was fun to make.  Here's a few process photos...

I colored some of the white rainbow stripes and glued those onto the acetate.

I also put back in the white "spacer" strips just so I can glue the next colored one in exactly the right spot (it's just laying in there) - then I pulled the white ones back up.

I embossed the sentiment in white on black cardstock, then die cut with the scalloped sentiment label die.  And for the HBD, I die cut it twice from white cardstock, colored with Copics, then inserted into the outline from the 2nd cut. ☺  Thanks so much for looking!
