I have used the Poodle Skirt, Rollerskate, and the Fifties Phrases #1 along with some older circle dies, all from Scrapping Cottage. The patterned paper with the cute polka-dots are from the Celebrate pack at La-La Land Crafts, and the gingham ribbon is Stampin' Up!
