Hey there, welcome back! It's Day 4 of February's New Release at La-La Land Crafts and it's a BIG ONE! I'll be sharing my new release projects today, tomorrow and Saturday this week, and then for the next 3 weeks on Fridays!
For today's project I made a desk calendar & notes easel card!
How CUTE is this?!! There are 3 older Club Kits that are being released into the regular range of products... BUT with a twist! Most of them have additional stamps, sentiments, or dies! This Comfy Chair was a stamp in the Club kit, but now it is a die!! So cute to use patterned paper for it! There's also LOTs more in the release... I hope you'll check it out! :)
This next photo shows that I made a yearly calendar using the "Every Year Calendar" clear stamp set. I Squeezed my pages together and clamped them tightly (you can use binder clips, or if you're out of those, use chip clips like I did - it works!) Then I brushed on Art Glitter Glue on the top edge and let it sit until completely dry. Then I mounted it onto some blue cardstock and glued it down to my card.
I got creative and used the Notebook Pages Die for the "Tab Top Curtains", and for the curtain rod, I used the Knit and Crochet Dies (I ran one of the knitting needles through most of the way, then flipped the die around and moved it down to extend the rod, then cut the rest.
For the stripes on the wall, I used the Lined Paper rubber stamp. This adorable kitten is from the Knit Happens Clear Stamp Set -- it's a set of 3 kittens and 10 sentiments! LOVE it -they're so mischievous!
