Wow, almost another week gone! Where is the time going?!! Tonight I pulled out a retired Stampin' Up! set called Pretty Pavilion and created a cute Christmas card with it.
I started with my favorite technique right now, ink blending! And then I spattered white acrylic paint using a small paint brush dipped in water for the falling snow. Then I die-cut some snowy drifts using the double stitched hills die (La-La Land Crafts) and stamped, colored, and die cut the pieces from the SU! set. The "Merry Christmas" is from this month's Paper Pumpkin kit (I love the font!)
I just realized this would have been cuter with a glowy haze around the star (on the background) OR even include one of those light up dealies to make it interactive! Oooh, I might have to try that next time! :)
I hope you all have a Merry & Bright Christmas holiday season! Happy INKing!
