Serendipity Stamps' New Challenge Blog

Woot, Woot!!  One of my favorite rubber stamps store has now opened a challenge blog!!  They only have two rules:  1)  to use either a Serendipity stamp or die, and 2) follow the challenge given!

This first challenge is to create a honeycomb or accordion element!

LOVE it!!  You may remember my Apple and Pumpkin accordion cards I made before?

Well this time, I took the Christmas Ornament die and turned it upside down to create a colorful Hot Air Balloon!  I printed the sentiment "Lifting you up in prayer" on my computer.

These honeycomb things are so easy to make.  You just cut/punch out several of the same object (I cut 5, but you can do up to 10 or so using thinner stock or designer paper) then you fold them in half and glue them back to back!  Easy peasy *Ü*  I'm not in the running as I was a Guest Designer, but I'm going to keep checking the entries to see what y'all do!  Hop to it and enter to win!!   :)

You are officially the very first player! You have given me such a huge tip! I never thought to look at my dies upside down before...I love this hot air balloon idea...can't wait to go look at all my dies in this whole new way! Love the multi-colors on your balloon and what a great way to use a holiday ornament die all year round.
