Easter Friends Shaped Cricut Card

Hello!  For today's card I used my Create-a-Critter cartridge and my SCAL software to cut out a shaped card and these cute li’l “Easter animals”!

I drew some faces and doodling on them based on some I had seen online.

This card fits the "Cooking With Cricut" challenge which is EASTER!
And the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge is to Use an Egg!

Hope you’re having a blessed Easter Sunday today with your families!!

Kris, these are both awesome projects. I love the faces you doodled on the little animals. So adorable. I've never done an svg file, so I don't know how hard they are to do, but I am proud of you for figuring it out. Way to go girl !!! I hope you have a wonderful blessed week.

Wow, I am so impressed. I do have a question though. When you checked out *how to make an svg file*, which program did you download and how did you get it to work with your cricut? I have tried to download SCAL but it comes up with imfo about it not being allowable now, but people who downloaded it before provocraft stopped it. I really, want to be able to use svg files with my Cricut expression so am really, sweet please with cherries on top, want to learn exactly how to do this :-)

Kris...both projects are wonderful. Love the cutesie word art project and those adorable little critters. But I'm totally fascinated with your SVG discussion. I'd love to see a tutorial too on how you did it. I have the Cricut and software, but don't really know how it all works, but I've wanted to know for a long time. You did GREAT for your first one! A beautiful card!!
