Cute & Colorful Slimline

October's Digi-of-the-Month Challenge has started at the Imagine That Digistamp blog!  The idea for this month's set was requested by DT Deanne, and inspired by my previously released set "Rainy Day Fun" from 2014.  The sentiments in this set are perfect for encouraging a friend or daughter etc. going through a rough time, but there's also some fun and sunny sentiments too.  Everyone who creates a paper project with this set and links up to the challenge in October will receive next month's set to play with!

I decided to create a slimline card so I could get that half rainbow on there without covering most of it up with the image of the girl.  What do ya think?

I colored the images with Copic markers and cut the main image with SU! Stitched So Sweetly dies, and the sentiment was die-cut with SU! Stitched Rectangle dies.  I fussy cut the rainbow.  In the photo below, you can see that I also added some clear self-adhesive raindrops I had left over from a Paper Pumpkin kit.
